Elkarma Schools Application Process

At Elkarma National School, our application process is designed to be clear, supportive, and student-focused. We aim to make your journey to joining our school community as smooth as possible.

1. Submit the Application Form

  • Complete the official application form, either online or in person at the school’s admissions office.

  • Ensure all required documents are attached, including identification, academic records, and health forms.

2. Document Review

  • The admissions team will review the submitted documents for completeness and eligibility.

  • Incomplete applications may be returned with a request for additional information.

3. Entrance Evaluation

  • Depending on the grade level, students may be required to complete:

    • A readiness assessment (for KG1 & KG2)

    • Academic screening and/or interview (Primary & Middle School)

    • Entrance exam and transcript review (High School)

4. Language Assessment

  • An English language proficiency test may be conducted to evaluate the student’s readiness for instruction in English.

5. Parent Interview

  • A brief meeting will be scheduled with the parent or guardian to discuss expectations, values, and school policies.

6. Admission Decision

  • Once all steps are completed, the admissions committee will issue a final decision.

  • Accepted families will receive an official offer letter and next steps for enrollment.

7. Enrollment and Fees

  • Upon acceptance, parents must confirm the student’s placement by completing the enrollment process and paying the required fees within the designated time frame.
