Admission Process

 At ElKarma International School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to a diverse and inclusive school community. Our admissions process is designed to be transparent, respectful, and aligned with our school values of excellence, integrity, and global citizenship.

We are currently accepting applications for Grades 9 and 10 for the 2025/2026 academic year as part of our specialized American High School program.

Step-by-Step Admission Process:

1. Inquiry & School Tour Prospective families are invited to contact the school to schedule a tour and information session. During this visit, parents and students will learn more about ElKarma’s programs, campus life, and educational philosophy.

2. Application Submission Families must complete the Admission Application Form and submit all required documentation.

3. Admission Assessment All applicants sit for an admission assessment in English and Math to help us understand their current academic level.

4. Personal Interview An informal interview with the student and parents is conducted by a member of the leadership team to discuss the student’s goals, strengths, and expectations.

5. Review & Decision Once the assessment and interview are complete, the admissions committee reviews the full application. Families are notified of the admission decision within one week.

6. Registration & Enrollment Upon acceptance, families will receive an official Acceptance of Admission. To secure placement, the following must be completed:

Payment of registration and tuition fees

Signing of the Parent-School Agreement and School Policies

Submission of any remaining documentation
