Admission Requirements – Elkarma National School
At Elkarma National School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our vibrant community. Our admission process is designed to ensure that each student is placed in an environment where they can thrive academically and socially.
General Requirements
To apply for admission, families must provide the following documents:
Completed application form
Copy of the student’s birth certificate
Two recent passport-sized photos
Copy of the national ID of the parent or guardian
Previous school records or report cards (for transfer students)
Immunization and health records
Transfer certificate (if applicable)
Grade-Level Specific Criteria
Kindergarten (KG1 & KG2): Age-appropriate readiness evaluation
Primary and Middle School: Academic screening and personal interview
High School: Academic transcript review, entrance exam, and interview
Age Eligibility
KG1: 3 years old by October 1st of the academic year
KG2: 4 years old by October 1st
Grade 1: 6 years old by October 1st
Language Proficiency
As an American-curriculum school, English is the main language of instruction. An English placement test may be required to assess readiness.
Parent Interview
A short parent meeting is conducted to ensure alignment between home and school values and expectations.
